Shipping & Returns
Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Domestic Delivery
Tracked USPS or UPS service, 2–5 business days depending on destination. Free shipping on orders over $150.
International
International shipping is evaluated case-by-case for institutional clients. Contact the research desk for a quote.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. Look up any order at any time via /track-order.
Damage or Loss
Report damaged or lost packages within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We coordinate directly with the carrier and replace confirmed-lost shipments at no cost.
Returns
Due to the nature of research reference materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. Unopened, unused product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Contact research@affluentsociety.bio before shipping anything back.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We ship the correct item at our expense and provide a prepaid return label.
